9/3/07 THIN has a current rejection message that has
been downgraded to a warning. A warning may become a rejection again
some time soon. If you are seeing this message.... R-MSG-SSB DMG01 and DMG02 MUST BE PRESENT >missing< DA0-24. It means your Insured's date of birth is MISSING, the information to note is between the > <. For all of the calls received so far, it has been MISSING on the claims as it comes from your patient accounting software. THIN's code DMG01 and DMG02 means nothing to me, but THIN knows what it means. Please call your clearinghouse first before calling Broyles. If you call Broyles, send your trouble shooting file and fax the error report...."How to Send Sample"
9/13/2007 Premera, we are slowly distributing our NPI upgrade to Premera clients. We will not be able to speed the distribution up with so many calls coming in and testing taking up allot of our time. Refer to THIN status. 9/13/2007 THIN, we have all NPI claims going through THIN today except MEDICARE!! hooda thunk? This is a problem either at THIN or Medicare. We will start distribution of the NPI upgrade to THIN clients as soon as they identify the problem and tell us of any changes required on our end. 9/13/2007 Blue Cross of Idaho, since BCI is using the same NSF NPI spec as THIN, continued testing is on hold. |
